1. Though every precaution been taken for preparation of this map ,but for every legal requirement/authentication of the landuse, the concerned maps available and rectified by ground verification with district office shall be final.
2. There may be inaccuracy due to unavailability / errors in digitization of khasra maps for existing landuse.
3. Town and Country Planning Department is entrusted with allocation of landuses.The ownership of khasra maps lies with the revenue department.Hence the landuses shall be validated only on certified revenue maps with reference to their geographical location.
